Allergy Information: We are very careful to only bake our cookies, which contain nuts, milk, soya or gluten separately from those that do not. Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Chip cookies contain milk and soya. Toffee cookies contain Werther's® Original Chewy Toffees, which contain milk and soya. Confetti cookies contain M&M® s, which contain milk, soya and traces of hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. Gluten-free Almond cookies contain almonds; and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip cookies contain milk and soya. All cookies, except Gluten-free, contain gluten. Shipping Policy/Delivery Costs: All deliveries will be made by Parcelforce Worldwide for next working day delivery on Tuesdays through Fridays. Please see below in Term & Conditions for further delivery information. Delivery Costs: £10.00 within the UK., Tuesdays through Fridays. Saturday delivery adds an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss Saturday delivery. If you are interested in ordering cookies from any country outside of the UK, please note that overnight shipping (the only option, to ensure cookie freshness) adds significant cost to your order. Please contact us to confirm non-UK delivery costs and your order.

Terms & Conditions: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the intended recipient will be available to receive the order/gift. If s/he is not available, there will be no refunds made in such circumstances. Incorrect or insufficient delivery details can result in delayed or non-delivery of orders. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then a Customer Contact Card will be left, usually advising that we will attempt a second delivery the following day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful then another card is left advising the customer where to collect it either from the depot or a local Post Office making it more convenient for the customer. However, no refunds will be made, if final delivery is not possible, or not possible within the 5 days' consumption recommendation. Any re-direction costs incurred will be charged to the customer. Delivery will be made on the specified date indicated on the order, and a signature will be required, unless authorisation is given, at the time of ordering, to leave the order without a signature. In the case of deliveries made to Business, Hospital or Hotel addresses, for security reasons, delivery will only be possible at Main Receptions, Post Rooms and Receiving Bays. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
All orders must be received by 4pm, Mondays through Saturdays, and will be SHIPPED on the next business day, for guaranteed following working day delivery in the UK. Examples: Order received on Monday, by 4pm. Order shipped on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery; Order received on Friday, by 4pm. Order shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Delivery in the UK, by Parcelforce Worldwide, is made Tuesdays through Fridays, 8am - 6pm. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss. Privacy Policy: We are firmly committed to protecting your privacy and security, as a customer; and we comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, as well as The Data Protection Act. When you place an order with Cookieluscious, we collect your name, email address, credit card information, credit card billing address and telephone number. This information is only used to process your order, and to contact you, if necessary, regarding your order. We do not store any of your credit card information. We do store your email address, with your permission, to occasionally keep you updated on Cookieluscious news and special offers. You can contact us at any time, if you would like to be removed from our mailing list. We do not share any of your information with third parties.

In the rare case that someone has a complaint, we will certainly address it in a timely, efficient and polite manner. If you have any complaints about your order, or the service you have received, please contact us within 7 days of the date you ordered the cookies. If you return the cookies, within 7 days of the date you ordered the cookies, to Cookieluscious at your cost, then we will give you a full refund of the cookie order (less shipping costs).
